Raddheya Mahendru is an enthusiastic and ambitious student at OIS Mumbai, where she studies Economics, Mathematics, Global Politics, Chemistry, English, and French. Her academic rigor and eagerness to explore and investigate subjects across disciplines have influenced her to believe in education as a means to connect and create impact across the globe. During the summer at Oxford Royale, Raddheya learned about climate, politics, and global leadership and participated in mock ethical debates and worked on a hydroelectric plant to power an entire town, earning a certificate of completion. She also completed a 5-month internship at StarKids Speech and Creative Drama Club, and contributed to five large-scale elocution shows while building skills in public speaking, emceeing, collaboration, and professional communication. These experiences led her to take the initiative to start "Girls in Global Policy," a platform aimed at increasing access to public policy and governance opportunities for underserved girls.
